Dr. James Payne has recently added a formal Laser and Skin Care Center to his busy cosmetic surgery practice. He has maintained a strong interest in this subject since he began his career in plastic surgery 20 years ago and has treated thousands of patients. The field of skin care related treatments and technology has exploded over the past 5–10 years. There are new products and services being added annually.
